Rare Cuts Australian Wagyu Hanger Steaks are marble score 6/7 and have a fine buttery texture and a wonderfully mild flavor. The Hanger steak is cut from the plate primal. A muscle that helps support the diaphragm, the hanger steak is flavorful and juicy! The cut is also known as the “Butcher’s Steak” and is perfect for marinating, grilling, pan-cooking, and broiling.
Our 640 Carrara beef is award winning (Gold Medal at the 2019 Queensland Food & Wine Show) and dedicated to the magic of marbling with a score of 6/7. The flavor and marbling is created with a minimum of 350 day grain feed only using F1/F2 Wagyu registered sires’.
