The Kuroge Washu cattle are raised on a very tiny island of Shodoshima Japan. When the local olive oil is produced, the leftover olive pulp is then toasted and included in the diet of these amazing cattle. Not only giving it the name of Olive Fed, but the extremely unique quality of its fat. Currently there is only 2,000 of this cattle in existence and only a few hundred which are harvested per month.
