A favorite of a true steak aficionado. These steaks come from prized full-blooded wagyu cattle with registered lineage and cook up perfect on the grill, cast iron or sous vide. Light seasoning to bring out the natural umami flavors. A Chef’s job is to enhance the natural flavors of his product and this steak makes the job very easy.
Our 640 Carrara beef is award winning (Gold Medal at the 2019 Queensland Food & Wine Show) and dedicated to the magic of marbling with a score of 6/7. The flavor and marbling is created with a minimum of 350 day grain feed only using F1/F2 wagyu registered sires’.
